1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ck444 jl website located at ck444-jl.com ("the Platform") and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. 2.2 Account Accuracy and Verification

You are required to provide your legal full name, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh (as used with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account), a valid email address, and date of birth during registration. ck444 jl reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ck444 jl may result in temporary restriction of your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is complete. ck444 jl shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from account restrictions applied pending verification.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active ck444 jl account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ck444 jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ck444 jl platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck444 jl supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Deposits are typically credited to your ck444 jl BDT balance within minutes of successful confirmation from your payment provider.
• ck444 jl does not charge a deposit processing fee. Standard transaction charges imposed by your mobile banking provider or bank may apply and are outside ck444 jl's control.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity details on your ck444 jl account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ck444 jl reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud, identity mismatch, or Terms violations are detected.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ck444 jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under the player's verified identity.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 3 hours for mobile banking methods. Larger withdrawal amounts, or withdrawals pending identity verification, may take longer to process.
• ck444 jl reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of any active investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
• Players are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to their winnings under Bangladesh law. ck444 jl does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform.

3.3 Currency and Exchange

All balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts on ck444 jl are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck444 jl does not apply internal currency conversion fees. Any conversion between BDT and another currency, if applicable on your end, is handled by your payment provider and is outside ck444 jl's scope.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

ck444 jl may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by ck444 jl are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered using real-money stakes before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

• Wagers placed using bonus funds on games that are excluded from bonus play, or at stakes below the minimum qualifying bet, will not count toward wagering requirements.

5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ck444 jl, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of lawful entertainment and in compliance with these Terms. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity by third parties whom you have knowingly or negligently permitted to access your account.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck444 jl login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. ck444 jl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 6 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck444 jl platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck444 jl or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ck444 jl intellectual property without explicit prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by ck444 jl under licence. Any unauthorised use of such third-party content is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

ck444 jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse or collusion.
• A request from a competent law enforcement authority or regulatory body.

• Extended period of inactivity, subject to the dormant account policy outlined below.

7.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. ck444 jl will notify the registered email address before any dormant account fee is applied. A monthly dormant account administration fee may be deducted from any remaining balance, as set out in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. 7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

8 Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind.

• Any action or inaction of a third-party game provider resulting in incorrect game outcomes, display errors, or payout discrepancies. In such cases, the game provider's server-side records shall be considered definitive.

8.1 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
